This Yuzu Lemon Myrtle Iced Green Tea is the perfect tangy and refreshing summer beverage. Including naturopath blended Sophron notes tea, this brew is carefully crafted to provide a calm and balanced mental boost, perfect for early summer mornings or an afternoon pick me up!

Gather ingredients.

Ingredients

1.

Sophron Notes Sophron tea (Japanese sencha green tea, Lemon myrtle leaf, Gotu kola leaf, Spearmint, Ginko leaf)

2. 

Yuzu juice 250ml

3. 

2-4 tbs honey (Optional, though especially helpful if your yuzu juice of choice is unsweetened!)

4. 

Hot water (Just below boiling)

Ice to serve

Method

1. 

Pour 250mls of just below boiling/95°c water over 4 tbsp of tea leaves in a heat safe vessel. Add 2-4tbs of honey to sweeten if desired. Let tea brew for 10 minutes.

Pour hot water over tea leaves.

Add 1L of filtered Water and 250mls of Yuzu Juice. Let brew sit in refrigerator for 2+ hours.

Combine yuzu.
3. 

Pour over ice and enjoy!

Strain over ice.
